  6. Binbaires (Federico Achaval, Ricardo Benedict, Cristóbal López) - Intralot International
  7. Victoria Casino (Daniel Mautone) - Swedish Group Betsson

Given that licenses are only delivered to operators with a tax address in the province of Buenos Aires, the associations have been essential and to be valid they must have a participation of at least 25% by local members.
